GHGenius 5.01e includes two new pathways and some bug fixes.

Changelog:

• Added ammonia as a fuel pathway, made from natural gas or electricity. These can be found on the Energy Balance and Upstream Results output sheets.
• Fixed an "Error 1004" bug that, with certain Excel configurations, would occur on every open of the model.
• Fixed an error in the fuel distribution of methanol from electricity.
• Fixed a (by default zero impact) error in using international water to distribute methanol from wood or electricity.
