Do anyone know whether the result of "PM" in spreadsheet of LDV summ & HDV summ representing PM10 or PM2.5?

The values should be interpreted as PM10.
This is definitely the case for engine exhaust emissions and is the case for most of the process emissions. There are a few cases where the process emissions are PM total rather than PM10 but these are rare. You can find them on the Equip Emiss Sheet.
